DIY: Mickey Mouse Coin Pouch
Hello Mouse friends! I’m back with another super easy (and cheap) Disney craft for you today! Here is what we are making:
First, gather your supplies: a fabric coin pouch (this one was in the Target dollar bin awhile back), craft paint, a brush, a Mickey template, and a sharpie/pen/colored pencil (make sure it is the same color as your paint). I literally had all of these items around my house, didn’t have to buy anything!
Place your Mickey template in the center of your pouch…
Trace around it with your pen or marker…
Use the craft paint and brush to outline and fill in the Mickey. It’s easiest to start with the outline and work your way in. This is after the first coat, notice you can still see a bit of the marker outline…
But after going over it a second time, the outline is gone…
Let it dry and you now have a super cute Mickey coin pouch! Super easy and I love how you can customize this for any fabric pouch in whatever colors you want.
Fun, right? Don’t forget to check back later this week as for my recap of the Disneyland 60th unveiling event! See what Disneyland has in store for it’s Diamond Celebration here!

I'm dropping by from the link party at Create it Thursday. I have some grandchildren who would LOVE this! They are really into Disney — and Disneyland!
I have a link party that I am trying to grow. I invite you to share this idea — and a couple of others — at my Grandma Ideas Sharing Time link party at http://grandmaideas.com. I think my readers would enjoy this as much as I do!
The party goes from Wednesday through Friday at midnight Mountain Daylight time. I hope to see you there!
All the best,
Nina
