Sponsored Post: Make Trader Sam’s White Sangria with Fish Eye Wines

I think y’all know me well enough by now to know that I don’t turn down the chance to try new drinks, especially if those drinks happen to be of the wine variety.  So when I was offered the chance to sample Fish Eye wines, I obviously jumped all over that one.  I chose to try the Chardonnay, as it is my favorite variety of wine for the summer (and it still feels like summer here in California).  As a straight Chardonnay, it was a little on the sweet side for my tastes (I like my Chards buttery and oaky), but overall the wine was pretty tasty (and a great value!).  So I decided to try to make my own version of Trader Sam’s white sangria, one of my favorite drinks from the tiki bar (click here for a tour of Trader Sam’s!).  And I discovered how super easy it is to make your own version of this delicious drink!

All you need is your bottle of Fish Eye white wine (really you could use any white variety) and a bottle of Orange Peach Mango juice.

Fill your wine glass with ice…

Fill the glass about halfway with wine…

And then fill the rest of the glass with juice…

And that’s it!  Add a fruit garnish and an umbrella if you have them on hand, but if not, just sip and enjoy!  This super simple concoction tastes remarkably like the Trader Sam’s version.  All you have to do is close your eyes and you will be transported to the most tiki-riffic bar around!
